Improved Organization Data Management
For PEFCR A&F v2.0 Compliance Labeling
To align with the latest PEFCR A&F v2.0 requirements, the Peftrust platform is introducing key changes: for instance, key distribution fields have been moved from product forms to organization-level settings, enabling more precise calculations and streamlined workflows.
New Structure in Organization Settings
The Organization data tab in Organization Settings centralizes information to be entered by year, season, and category, covering three key areas:
- Fields related to distribution (formerly including in the product form)
Previously located in product forms in the lifecycle Product description, these fields are now managed globally at the organization level for improved consistency and efficiency. For example : Percentage sale in-store, Percentage sale e-commerce (D2C scenario).
New fields added: Restock rate in-store, Restock rate e-commerce
- Non-emotional durability data
Fields such as Organization type, Reference range breadth, and Traceability display.
- Distribution shares for transport legs
It specifies transport shares across supply chain stages (warehouse, raw materials, semi-finished goods, intermediate product, etc.).
Mandatory fields for PEFCR v2.0 (*) are :
- International Distribution share of transport legs – Assembly to Central Warehouse > supply chain share by plane.
- Distribution share of transport legs – Assembly to Final Client (D2C scenario) > International supply chain share by plane.
Automatic Transport Calculations
Data entered at the organizational level now automates transport-related calculations in product forms:
- For unknown transport methods, the platform estimates distances and mode shares based on scenarios (local, intracontinental, or intercontinental) specified for collections.
- For known locations and transport methods, the platform uses Searates to calculate exact distances, ensuring precise results and compliance with PEFCR A&F v2.0 standards.
